My mother contacted this establishment in hopes to help us file custody papers for my 5 month old child. The owner of the business and lead paralegal Juanita was very sympathetic and eager to be helpful and lending of legal advice for our situation. Even though paralegals are legally not allowed to lend legal advice but yet she did. She had me and my mother under the assumption she would file my custody papers and serve my daughters mom for a flat rate of $400. She was pushing me getting a restraining order which I thought was included in the $400 flat rate. But without a restraining order it would have been less than $400 . So she sends me next door to file for the restraining order and lets my mom know the filing fee is $580 plus the originals $400 fee . She never told us this in the consultation which we gave $200 . Then she becomes very rude and condescending after she realizes I've caught onto her scheme. This woman is not a professional person at all and she doesn't have customer best interest at heart. I strongly advise a stranger or enemy to never have any dealings with her.

I personally use this company for my child custody paper work and it was amazing! i never had a issue with my paper work not being filled out correctlly. i currently have custody of my child and loving life thanks to the help of Junita and her staff. great company.
