First of all this company make you sign an illegible contract so you do not have any rights. An agreement was made with them to pick up the waste at working hours. They came to performed their service when it was convenient for them and charged a " manifest fee " of $20.00. This company is extremely dishonest. When customer service was called to stop the service they kept returning in a form of harassment. Customer service is emotionally out of control, not capable of resolving any issues. I would advise any client to stay away of this company and find a more professional one.
