I came here to look for a high end natural lace front human hair wig. I am going to start chemo next week and have been shopping around at other wig shops. I found nothing but fake looking itchy wigs. I went to Hair Couture to see why their wigs were so different. First the hair is virgin hair from American and Russian women. You can immediately can see and feel the difference. Second i met with an actual wig maker. I picked a wig that needed hair added in the frontal area and she took the time to add some baby hairs to the front. They had told us to leave and come back in an hour so they could add the highlights to the front. We came back and not only did they add the extra hair, but the highlights were perfect. I then felt comfortable to have my hair cut off to make a wig with my own hair. The service is professional and compassionate. They walked me through on how to wash and style it and let me make a video of them so I could have it for reference at home. It definitely was worth the 3 hr drive. 10 stars.

I thought it was just a regular wig shop so I was a walk in. They were working with young girl with cancer and I felt so bad that I interrupted but they were so sweet and professional and made an appointment for later so they could give me full attention. It is a full service hair salon in combination with high end wigs and hairpieces. It is a beautifully decorated place and the wigs are stunning. I came there to find out about my options because I will be starting chemo in 2 weeks. They could have sold me a really expensive wig that I loved (I still may get it) but instead told me they could make a wig with my own hair. I almost fainted because I did not know you could even do that. I am going to make a wig with my own hair. They gave me a free synthetic until my wig is made. I am not too fond of synthetic hair so I may invest in the other wig that I fell in love with made with Russian unprocessed hair so I have two (just in case)

Our production team needed very natural looking human hair lace front wigs for our new project. We called last minute and spoke with Sarah and she had scheduled two of their wig makers in Los Angeles to visit the set in Burbank to complete our vision for our actors. They had brought some of their work and we were thoroughly impressed. They were some of the nicest most natural looking wigs that we have seen. They had left two for us to work with. Because of the hair that they use and the workmanship around the hairline, we could not tell even on camera that they were wigs. The camera catches everything and if the wig does not look right it sometimes throws the character off in more than one way. Sure we had to pay extra but for this project it was worth every penny. We could not afford to have our characters look like they were wearing costume wigs. We will be using this wig making team on future projects that require a realistic looking wigs for our characters. The team is highly professional and considerate. They made the process easy for us.

I am from Westlake Village and I chose Hair Couture Designs because I met a young lady in Thousand Oaks with the most beautiful blond hair and makeup. I had found out she was wearing a human hair hairpiece (or they call it a hair topper) that covered half of her head (with the most beautiful hair) and had permanent makeup tattoos on her eyebrows and lips. Her eyebrows were perfectly positioned and her lips were very natural looking. I originally asked about her lip shade (in the line at Home Goods) and she laughed and told me it was permanent makeup tattooing. I was memorized. She looked so natural and yet so beautiful. I called Hair Couture Designs and spoke with Catlin. She booked me for the same week. I came in for the consultation and immediately felt comfortable. I met with Donna and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. End result: I know have beautiful lips and Eyebrows and now working on my hair loss situation. It really looks like I am 20 years younger without the plastic surgery. Who would have thought??? Staff is down to earth, classy and kind. The salon itself is beautiful with a elegant shabby chic decor. I would recommend everyone to trust in this company for both permanent makeup and hairpieces for hair loss.
