Vance Vision Clinic My wife and I have been patients of Dr.Vance for several years but after our most recent experience we are very dissatisfied with the service at Vance Vision Clinic. We had to make several trips to Vance vision clinic just to get our prescriptions right. My wives prescription was not correct and she had to go without her glasses for a week. We received a call yesterday 5/20/2021 from Dr. Vances office 3 months after getting our glasses from Dr. Vance and being told we had paid our bill in full on 2/23/2021. Before leaving the office on 2/23/2021 we we were told that we had paid our bill in full and left with our new glasses. On 5/20/2021 we received an unexpected call from Diane asking how I liked my glasses and stating that we owed an addition 200 dollars for glasses we had been told we had paid for already and received 3 months ago! We did not receive any statements or Bill's fro Vance Vision Clinic prior to this phone call. Who may I ask does business like this?. We were very understanding when they messed up both of our glasses and we had to make 6 trips of one hour and a half to have corrections made to our glasses. For these reasons we do not and cannot reccomend them to anyone needing glasses. Sincerely, Former patients of Dr. Vance.
