I bought a unit back on Sept. 5. I want to make clear, this is a unit that is already built, sitting on the Rangeline lot in Joplin. I was told it would be the following week before they could deliver. I was told I would get a phone call. I never got a phone call, so I called back on the following Thursday, and the lady said, "She is working on your file now, I promise you will get a phone call tomorrow." Well, I didnt get a phone call "tomorrow" so now I am writing this review. If this does not get anyones attention, I will take the time, because I have the money to make a fuss about this. Being busy is wonderful for business. Its not good for business to shut out your paying customers...
