I was in the process of selling my house and had a root issue that was holding up the sale. Jerry was extremely helpful on very short notice and was able to remediate our issues at a very fair/reasonable price (and did not increase the price though my guess is the work involved increased from the original quote). He additionally helped me work through some of the 'buyer' issues I was dealing with by writing a letter describing the work performed. Overall, the group was very helpful, solved my issues very efficiently and were very responsive to my requests. Highly recommended!
