They were very professional throughout the process and they seemed to really care about us. They were always available when we called with questions, and their secretary Michelle was very helpful. They were very prompt and took care of everything that was going on. They also made sure we understood what was happening. They got us everything they could from both parties of insurance. He assured us we had a case and explained everything to us about what to expect during our lawsuit, the No Fault laws and what to do next. We also had Alison Duffy and Bobby Raitt representing us. They helped us keep a positive attitude. We had three mediations and they fought for us. We kept receiving letters from our insurance companies saying they weren't paying our medical bills. Alison and Bob made sure we got our benefits. They answered all of our questions and always reassured us.
