DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The laser hair removal service is a scam. The treatments don't work and worst of all they leave PERMANENT SCARS on your body. Amanda Bolen will tell you that they will disappear with a good scrub. That is NOT how scars work. I have burn marks all over my legs and still have hair growing. I wasted $1,200 to get all of my hair removed. When I demanded a refund for her faulty service and the fact that I had been scarred for life because of it she threatened to sue me! ME! This "spa" is disgusting. It does not follow codes for proper hygiene and cleaning. The service is awful. The owner is only out to get a quick buck and treats her customers with no respect. Notice how her own website says no refunds... and how she has you sign a waiver to not sue for damages. There will be damages. While her prices may seem competitive, it's not worth the damage it will leave on your body and wallet. I have spent hundreds of dollars to try to have these scars removed and they are still there. I wish I had never even considered going to Pure Elements Day Spa.
