Smooth Sale is a sales consulting company honored as one of "Top 25 Sales Influencers for 2012" by Open View Labs. For more than 20 years, Elinor has excelled in the sales field, quickly becoming a sought after resource and mentor. She attributes her success to her authentic, conversational style of selling, which led her to found Smooth Sale in 2004, where she has helped entrepreneurs, sales novices, and business executives take the fear out of selling. Elinor's approach is largely centered on using collaboration and community service to drive business, and she carries this theme through her writings. Elinor also makes appearances nationwide to keynote conferences and speak on television and the radio, using inspiration to inspire action.
