Kip did a fabulous job of updating my lower level. He can paint and fix just about anything. He pays attention to detail and aims to please the home owner. He also dismantled my old kitchen counters and tile back splash before I had new granite counter tops installed. The tile actually had to be removed by sawing off the drywall to which it was attached. Kip then patched the dry wall and prepared it for the new install.
