My name is Dr. Tom Qualey and I have lived in NW Washington Area since 1998. I own five properties in between Downtown DC and VA. Chris Manning has helped me maintain these properties over the years. He performed general repairs, plus remodel kitchens, and baths to help improve the property curb appeal and market value. Chris is very dependable and does excellent work. That’s why I depend on expertise to help me keep my properties in tip-top condition. I would highly recommend Chris for all your home improvement and repair projects. Dr. Tom Qualey Thank You Thanks for visting site My name is Meg McLane and I have lived in The Pine Crest since 1985. I recently had Christopher Manning install a new front door, a storm door and a hot water heater. He also did some painting for me. Chris is very reliable and has an excellent work ethic. I will ask him to do some more work for me in the future-especially carpentry. I highly recommend Chris for home improvement projects. Meg McLane Chris, I wanted you to know that the work you did for me; electrical wiring, new outlets and the custom made doors for the space over the bedroom closet, turned out to be great. I appreciate all this work and will have more for you in the near future. James S Compher
