Melt in your mouth Apricot Rollada is excellent! A thin, light and fluffy pastry/cake is spread with apricot jam and then rolled into a log; for the finishing touch, it is besprinkled with sweet, confectioners' sugar. It's different than your average fruit-filled log roll cake - can't explain how, but the taste is miles apart from anything you've ever had before! The best I've ever had in Boston, or anywhere across the USA!
