It seems like in the past I've always dealt with my issues & problems kind of like having blinders on, always trying the same things to resolve them. Having a different perspective on them is really allowing me to start trying to resolve them in a more effective and healthy manner. This would absolutely not have been possible if it weren't for the way you've made me feel comfortable and safe, which has allowed me to not only open up to you but also be open to new viewpoints and strategies that are ultimately going to help me resolve some of my issues. And for that I am most grateful.

My partner and I found Bowen Wellness Center when we were looking for someone to help us improve our communication skills. Angie immediately helped us to feel at ease through her welcoming demeanor and her use of humor, and although we have only had a few sessions at this point, we are already seeing positive results. Having a neutral third party has given us additional insight into our relationship dynamic and has helped us become more mindful of how we communicate with each other. Through our focus on enhanced communication skills, we are better able to work through other issues that arise, armed with the skills to address situations in a more productive way than before we began therapy.
