My movers were also very patient. I had a quite complicated move that involved two pick-up and two drop-off sites, in MD and VA. They made sure that everything got to the right place. Also, there was a small problem getting in to the second drop-off site and my movers were totally polite and patient about it. (If I were them, after such a long day, I'm not sure I could have had the same attitude.) All in all, while moving generally is an unpleasant experience, these movers made it as stress-free and pleasant as it could be.

They were professional and helpful prior to the move. The day of the move, they came on time and were very fast. They did not rush the process - they just were quick and paid a lot of attention to handling the furniture well. They ensured that all our furniture and boxes were kept intact and in good condition. They were also very friendly. I've never had a move that was so incredibly easy before. They definitely made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again.

We used American Relocation Service for our family's move from VA to DC this January and everything went so smoothly. The professional staff had all of our furniture wrapped and packed up so well. I got free estimates and quotes from a lot of different companies. American Relocation Service offered me that the movers packs up all my stuff and take apart my furniture all my stuff was secure. It arrived all in the same condition it left my house in. I liked the movers, they were serious guys and you could tell that they knew what they were doing.

Moving is probably one of the "Top 5" things I hate in life. American Relocation Service made the whole process so much less stressful! Pros: -They were on time -Very friendly, polite, and professional -Made sure to brief me on all additional costs (furniture covers, cost, etc) before starting -Proactively retaped boxes to ensure they were secure -Helped me with setup in my new apartment -Finished the whole moving process quickly. They definitely didn't try to take advantage to go over the 3 hour minimum. I would definitely recommend ARS and would use them again for my next move.
