Dear Mr. Richards: I have never written a letter to a company before, but due to the amount of cleaning companies I have been through, I had finally given up. And then I went for a long time without a company due to the fact that they seemed to be in a rush and never cleaned my home the way I would clean it. Anyway, after your company has come to my home, I will never use anyone else. You and your staff were professional, courteous and did the job the way I wanted it done! I didn't have to look around to see if stuff was done, it was done above and beyond. If you ever need a reference, you can use this letter and if someone would like to call me that would be okay.
