This woman is an absolute, honest to God, psychopath. She taught me in my little brother how to swim, I'll give her that. She was a big part of my childhood summers. Until one year. I was about 11 so I knew how to swim, and my little brother was still practicing his technique. My mom paid for a full weeks worth of lessons just for autumn to spend 20 minutes teaching me how to dive, which was the only thing I could not do yet. My mom, very meekly and kindly asked if she had any options for a partial refund, just to see if that was something she offered. Autumn's mask slipped off. She went ballistic. She screamed at my poor mother, like I have never seen before in my life. She lost her mind, shouting and barking and waiving her arms about, pointing to the exit and spitting as she wailed her head off. Other mothers and children looked on in horror and shock at my mother bawling her eyes out as well as my little brother and I. After hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent on these lessons and years of companionship, autumn screamed at my poor mother as she apologized and begged for forgiveness, telling her she was "making a scene" and "making a fool of herself". She told her everyone thought she was an idiot And everyone was looking at her. She said "don't you feel stupid?!" She told us we were banned and to never come back. All over my poor mother, who was supposed to be her friend, who was friends with all of the other mothers there, asking if she offered a partial refund. Not only did she make hundreds of dollars off of our family, but my mom literally referred dozens of people to her. Literal dozens. And it was all completely lost in an instant. My mother, nine-year-old little brother, and I cried our eyes out on the hour long drive home. Yes we drove an hour to see her. We were humiliated and traumatized even as we were walking away we could hear her making fun of us to the other parents, calling us greedy and trashy, stupid, embarrassing, laughing loudly as the other mom's sat in silence. To this day I regret not saying anything, but I was an 11 year old little girl she ripped out of the pool by my arm as I shivered and cried. I will never forget how you treated my mother Autumn. You are a sadistic, narcissistic, psychopathic cow. DO NOT TAKE LESSONS WITH HER.

Autumn was my swim teacher as a child and instilled in me a 20+long fear of water and wariness around adults being safe people. I used to share about it in therapy, how she would bark at the kids when the parents were off on the side distracted, getting exceptionally angry if a child cried, and her complete lack of patience. I was a timid little thing and Autumn would call me to the diving board and say without any hint of reassurance or kindness: "I'm going to count to three and if you haven't jumped in this pool by then, your mama is going to grab you by the arm and push you in." It scared me to death bc I couldn't reach the bottom of the pool so swimming itself was scary, but the threats and removal of my mother representing a safety figure had a lasting impact on my life. My family recently dug up home videos and I watched footage from the swim lessons and it just brought back a flood of memories. I ended up specializing in clinical psychology for children as an adult. The techniques Autumn employed were abusive.

Autumn and her team were awesome! They did a great job teaching my daughter. She learned more in 2 weeks there then in 2 years at another swimming lessons facility. My daughter can now swim short distances unassisted and dive in and swim to the side with no help. The only bad part was the drive, but that cannot be helped. I live in the Kennesaw area and her pool is located in Canton. Since, both of us work and we have no family, we could not do more lessons. If we could have done two more weeks, our daughter probably would be swimming without any other swim lessons needed.

My son, 6, was terrified of the water when we would go swimming. He would hold on to me so tightly, and no matter what technique I tried, I could not get this child used to the idea of swimming! My daughter, 9, was always like a fish, and we raised both the same way! I heard mrs Autumn Lynn's classes were amazing and your child would be swimming after 3 days. I was VERY skeptical. We had a beach vacation coming up so I had to take a chance. Day one, he cried but tough love, I watched behind big sunglasses as she , yes awful I know lol, told him to hold his breath when she dipped him under while he kicked! Hard to watch. No he didn't want to go back, but he's a kid and these lessons are life saving. Day 2 started with tears but after 15 minutes...what? Ben is having fun in water? By the end of day two he was swimming short distances unassisted. By the end of day 3 he swam the length of the pool, coming up for air when he needed. Since then, he swims better then his big sister. We moved to Virginia beach and he is a beach baby. We go to the pool or beach about 5 times a week. I tell everyone about his swim lessons. Best money I have ever spent. Thank you Mrs. Autumn Lynn!

WARNING TO ALL! My child entered this pool willingly, able to go under independently, and excited to learn how to swim on her own. Autumn ruined my child's trust of the water! She literally forces the children under the water without warning, causing them to swallow water! I have videos to prove this. Not only that, but Autumn has little or no interaction with the children. An example of this would be that she called my child the wrong name over and over. What a disgrace to even think this is teaching kids to swim. She hires people to help that are even worse. The girl helping my child PULLED HER UNDER THE WATER WITHOUT GIVING HER A CHANCE TO HOLD HER BREATH. Additionally, if Autumn had any caring bone in her body, she would have attempted to contact me after my child didn't come back! That would have been the professional thing to do. Besides losing my money to UNDESERVING PEOPLE, my child was absolutely horrified with the thought of going back the next day! Needless to say, we did not go back. Every opportunity I have to spread this horrible experience around town, will be taken. No child should ever be PULLED UNDER WATER! Please choose elsewhere if you want what is best for your child, like I do! Like I stated before, professionalism is definitely NOT what you will find here. I am looking to save kids from feeling the way mine did after only minutes into the session. VERY UPSET WITH THIS ENTIRE SITUATION!
