My dream is to help the American population get healthy one family at a time. I myself am the proud wife of 24 years and mother of 9 wonderful children. My children range in age from 23 years to 2 years old and I love every moment of being a mother. My daughter blessed me with my first grandchild 6 months ago and my oldest son married his beautiful wife almost a year ago. I am in the best shape of my life at age 46 and I want to inspire others to do the same. I enjoy the gym as well as running, and other outside excercises, I am currently a member of a tri club with my 13 year old daughter.
