Empire Transportation is a VERY unreliable cab service. Some cars smell of cigarettes and pot. Drivers speed and tailgate and nearly crash. I talked to the owner and complained about the smoking and the cabby who smoked LIED to the owner and told him that it was ME who was smoking!! I had only two good drivers: Sal and Ted. The dispatcher is very rude. After talking with the owner, he promised that for the next wo months, five days a week, he would have only one driver pick me up, wait the 20 minutes I am in cancer treatment and then return me to home... with the same driver, a great man named Sal who is the only driver I trust, and then he reneged on his promise. I live an hour from my cancer radiation treatment and it takes them an hour to get me after I am finished with my treatment. I leave the house at 7:30 am and don't get home until 11 am or 12 noon. They do not care about their customers, even ones such as I who has cancer. I will never use Empire Transportation ever again, and I do not recommend them to anyone. http://www.joebev.com
