I have 20yrs experience in mental health settings including both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work to empower people to make positive changes in their lives. I act as a coach, psychosocial educator,counselor and casemanager I use a strengths based,solution focus,mindfulness cognitive behavioral approach to counseling.
