Chef Yoni Yosha was born and raised in Israel; Yoni grew up in a family of chefs where he discovered his love and passion for cooking. He graduated from Le Cordon Blue in Paris and begun working in top restaurants over Europe. At the age of 23 he moved to Las Vegas and worked for few of the Major hotels and restaurants.
