We recently went in for eyelash extensions, and was treated the worst either one of us has ever been treated. The young lady that did the extensions is amazing! And did a wonderful job, however if I was her I would not want to be associated with such a poor business. After doing some research we have come to find out that the lady we had such a horrible time with may also be the owner. After 15 minutes of not being greeted and not even sure if we were in the right establishment she came out very rudely and greeted us. I was interested in purchasing a product (makeup brushes) but after the judgement and comments and rudeness of even looking at their products, we were not only NOT gonna purchase anything else from there we were looking to leave. Idk if this person felt we were unable to afford her products or what the problem was but I assure her that would not be a problem. I have owned my own business for 8 years and if I ever treated anyone so awful as what she did to us, I would deserve to have my doors shut down. We were looked at with so much hate and disgust and treated even worse. I am sorry that after a very long day of shopping we may not have looked our best but I never realized that mattered to someone coming in to spend hundreds in your establishment. Idk if Lois was having a bad day but even if so there is no excuse for such behavior.
