BeFit is a small group personal training program that utilizes unconventional training methods that allow our clients to achieve undeniable results. We offer outdoor bootcamps, small group training, private personal training, in-home personal training, corporate wellness and nutrition programs. Our clients train with us because they are looking for something different, challenging and more effective than their current program, along with the motivation and accountability to push them to the next level! BeFit is all the benefits of personal training at half the cost! And by working out with a group of people you will push harder, challenge yourself, and achieve optimal results. All classes are limited to no more than 15 clients so you can experience more personal attention from your coach to ensure you're utilizing correct technique and working at the appropriate intensity for your ability.
