Jim has mowed our lawn for the past four weeks (prepaid in advance), and when I first met him, I thought of him as a fine, upstanding man. Upon arriving today to cut our lawn, Jim informed me that he is retiring and will no longer be able to service us. I was disappointed because of the lack of notice, but he said that he wanted to retire. He then cut/trimmed our lawn for the final time. I have never experienced such a poor job from ANY other lawn service! My lawn was scalped to the ground throughout the yard, flowers were mowed over in some places, and the grass adjacent to the flower beds were not cut in other areas. Oh well, he got our money and did a horrible job on his final day (if in fact he is retiring), and that is how we will remember our experience with this company. C'est la vie.

This is the first year using this company for my property. They absolutely treat it like it was their very own and are very precise about their work. They always do a walkaround when they're done so nothing gets missed and their prices are outstanding. This is a family owned business and are so pleasant to deal with.
