DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEXT GET AWAY!! RUN & RUN FAST!! I am not one to leave reviews as I do construction and I know you can't please everyone. However I sent this company six emails with photos and a request to call me. I waited weeks thinking maybe they were short staffed. Finally I called one day he asked who I was and hung up on me. I waited a few more weeks before posting this as I then left him a voicemail offering to not post this if someone would at least talk to me for more than three seconds. They refuse to speak or return an email or anything so here it goes. Let me start by saying that my check in process via VRBO was phenomenally easy and David even extended it for me two more days just by asking. Before we got there the customer service was great. Now let's get to the cabin. We drove almost 7 hours to this cabin to get the nastiest most uncared for cabin we have ever rented. This cabin was the textbook definition of disgusting. As you can see in the photos this cabin had not been cleaned in quite some time. The counters had a yellow film on them, the couches had food and crumbs and animal hair on them, every single bed had yellow urine stains on the sheets and mattress covers that we took apart and washed for the next renter. The pool table is covered in spilled drinks and lord knows what. The hot tub smelled so bad that you couldn't even get in it. The hot tub you could tell had not been chemically treated in quite some time as it had no chemical smell at all, no bubbles, no nothing, the water had a film on it, and it smelled like a dirty trout tank. I reached out to David and he told me that it was the cover and to have a great night. As you can see the photos speak for themselves. We rented this in October for our wedding anniversary and it's taken me one month to post these as I did not want to post them, I wanted to strictly have a conversation with this company. After seeing my photos tho I am sure that's why he won't speak to me. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. It's clear these guys do not care for their properties, nor do they care about your health and well being or the money your spending with their company to provide such a nasty environment for you to stay in. Especially during a pandemic you would think they'd at least clean the bedding and bedding covers and what not. Truly a downright horrid experience and awful management.
