Ordered $96 worth from this company,got one item that was $50,they kept the other $46.after many conversations they still have not refunded or sent other items

I ordered 3 items on dec. 31st which never arrived. After trying to email and call, I was texted back with " who is this"? I explained I was looking for my order and asked for shipping and tracking info. Long story short, I got some story, but never the shipping info, and never the items I paid for, and no response to my last request. Maybe they've gone out if business?
