We had been using an old machine to process our cards until Red Payments showed us the new EMV terminal. Since all merchants who want to take cards have to get one because Visa and MasterCard say so by 2015, we decided to take advantage of their offer. We have lowered our bill by 35 per cent. They gave us logos for our door, visited us after the equipment Arrived and we even have a VIP rep that calls us from the home office. We could not be happier. We have already saved money and referred other businesses to our rep. Thank you Red Payments

Red Payments is the Worst business I ever deal with! They will RIP you off for sure!!! The sales man approached me and promised me to give me the best merchant services deal. The deal looks really good on contract. But they charge a lot more than the contract. Then they promised me a refund, which they never sent to me. I send a complaint on BBB, but it didn’t work. People work at this company they all liars include: Aleksandra, Katherine, Ross. Never, ever do business with this company!

I signed up with Red Payments about half a year ago. I am actually surprised that I am charged exactly what was promised by my rep on the contract, as I was charged more and lied to by my previous company I switched from. Red Payments even sent me free paper for my terminal. I believe I spoke to Valeri. Good service.

would never do business with this company The salesman misrepresented to me about the company being able to approve cash advances . Signed contract for merchant processing but no advance .Company kept deducting monthly payments even after i had cancelled . i had to call bank for reversal of charges. Still owes me $157.96. Spoke with the following employees Katherine,Cristal and the manager Alexanderia was going to call me back Has not bothered to call back .Do not recommend doing business with this company
