I had just brought a 2005 bmw 325i and i took it to a shop to put some rims on. When they were finished my car was making a strange noise and I wasn't able to drive it out the shop. I was furious. I went online to look up a bmw specialist in the area and I found Thornton Auto Care. I had my car towed there on Maxham rd in Austell and when they checked out the car, they discovered that the other shop put the wrong screws on the wheels. They were able to correct the problem the same day and they did not rip me off and i was charged a surprisingly small fee. I would recommend Thornton Auto Care to anyone not only because they were reasonable but they were professional and friendly.

I am an owner of a 2008 Nissan Altima. Thornton Auto Care is the only place I trust with my car repair and maintenance. The mechanics at this location are professional and thorough. The customer service is always courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain the services and let you know they car about your satisfaction.
