Homeless Outreach Ministry-Victorious Life Ministry Reaching the Lost "Jesus is in Charge! Victorious Life Ministry is reaching out to the homeless. My husband Leonard was homeless before we were married or courting God was getting my husband's attention while he was sleeping in the basement with the rest of the homeless, at the Salvation Army twice in Austin, TX. He had a job but no roof over his head. I remember being a single mother with my daughter I've never been homeless but when I had my first place I was paying half of rent with sister, paying childcare expenses as well as other expenses and wondered at times how I would feed my daughter and I by living from paycheck in middle of month is when it hit hard being to food. The 1lord but a burden on our hearts last to start this ministry and Holy Spirit has been leading ys every step of the way. Jesus is in charge!
