I paid a rather large sum if money to have brown spots removed from my face by laser. None of the spots are gone. When I compla8ned, they had me come in, took more pictures, then ask me to wait another week assuring me, my results would improve. They did not. I had stopped peeling so how could they improve? I returned for another appointment, they took more pictures, tried to convince me there was improvement, then proceeded to give me this sales pitch about how it sometimes takes more than one treatment. To add outrage to injury, they tried to sell me another session at the same exorbitant price. Luckily, this was not my first rodeo, I had had the procedure done before and knew it should not take two sessions. The difference was a doctor did it the first time, and this time a girl in a UK t-shirt and leggings did the procedure. This place is all about money, not quality of work.
