Stay away. Wayne will give you an initial estimate and when the project is complete he will literally make something up in his head and ask for more money. Stay away

Absolute garbage

Very poor work. Unprofessional and unreliable. Does not complete jobs/ show up on time and increases prices at the same time!! Stay away

Very unprofessional, slow, unreliable, and lacks integrity. Replaced windows, but could not provide lock/would not install lock. Told homeowner to complete task instead. Installed kitchen island, but failed to complete job. Did not install shelves and charged an extra $300 to make level with cabinets when this was already included in the price discussed with homeowner. Stay away from this contractor! I will never use him again.
