Functional Strength Training Facility Meta Performance Center is dedicated to helping you achieve results through hard work and a strong group dynamic. Our focus is the education of our members through functional strength programs developed to increase all aspects of human performance. We welcome all fitness levels and have worked with individuals of various backgrounds over the past decade. Our programs combine training methods from traditional and Olympic lifts, strongman training, cardio conditioning and boot camps. We place a strong emphasis on increasing your overall fitness level while teaching you how to continue on your fitness journey. It makes no difference if you're a seasoned athlete, or have never stepped into a gym before, at Meta Performance Center we will customize our programs to fit your needs.
