On Aug. 4 I paid Brian Urban $360.00 for 3 cords of seasoned firewood. After stacking and measuring there was only 1 1/2 cords. I contacted Brian Urban by text and by phone. He agreed to supply missing wood. He never did! Then he said his mother would send me a check within 2 days for the $180.00 or he would deliver it in person. He never did. You cannot trust this business to deal honestly and fairly with you.

In November I order 2 cords of wood from Brian and after stacking it turned out to be less than 1.5 cords of wood. I contacted Brian and he said that he'd bring out more wood and he was very nice about it, but never delivered on his promise! I contacted him 5 or 6 more times and every time he ha…

In November I order 2 cords of wood from Brian and after stacking it turned out to be less than 1.5 cords of wood. I contacted Brian and he said that he'd bring out more wood and he was very nice about it, but never delivered on his promise! I contacted him 5 or 6 more times and every time he had an excuse. I even talked to him about doing some tree work for me next spring/summer. Why would he not want to keep me as a customer since I was telling him that I'd hire him to do more work. He will not be successful if he plans on lying and cheating customers. Terrible business practice. Update: Brian has since told me three more times that he would bring more wood and has not made good on his promise. NEVER ORDER WOOD FROM THIS kid.
