I see i am not the only one who received an unsafe horse barn. These overpriced buildings are made with the bare bones cheapest material and thrown together carelessly. I bought a "like new" building at almost full price. $1300 less than new. This building had electrical (which was installed by the original owner)... yet was still on my bill. The communication was poor. The delivery guys were the only positive in all of this! Upon inspection of my barn it was clearly not "like new". I will let the photos speak for themselves. Extremely poor craftsmanship. I addressed these issues with the sales rep Rob Johnson who invalidated all of my concerns and did not care. Their resolution was for me to give them $4000 MORE and they would build a brand new barn with electrical... or $1800 and they would come get this one. Neither option was acceptable. I was immediately blocked on social media so I couldn't write a review and they cut all communication. I left voicemails for the owners to be ignored. I finally spoke with the owner today whom was snide and unprofessional . I paid in full, he had my money.. he didn't care . The service rep saw my photos and lied through his teeth saying he thought these photos represented like new quality. I used my husbands phone today and called the owner again (since they blocked me) who did not care. He then came up with the excuse the building was owned by a finance company ... mind you I paid in full and was NEVER disclosed a third party owned it. They were unwilling to work on price or pick up the building without significant funds. I asked if he could speak with the rental company and at first he agreed to ask them to take $700 off... so then I'm stuck with a $20,000 building worth at best $10,000. I've had quotes to have a carpenter build the same and better quality for $12,000 with overhand and insulation! I asked if he would ask this third party company if they would take more off to which he said "they won't, I'm not going to waste my time". He would not give me their contact info and the phone number online is a DRY CLEANER. They are also in bad standing with the state of Maine and New Hampshire ... yet talk badly and lie saying other companies such as Hickory and Hill View are in bad standing (not true) and their builds are clearly much better quality for a much better price. The owner continued to invalidate me and said multiple times "well we're not going to make you happy"... well they aren't even trying. When I said I would contact the BBB they then threatened to charge me $2000 for a cancelled order (I didn't cancel it, they delivered poor and misrepresented goods and were deceptive). They then lost their temper and demanded to speak to my husband because when all else fails resort to sexism. 🤷♀️ oh and let's not forget the building was originally agreed upon as $18,000 to which I signed a contract for and then they changed to $20,700 which was their error because if you don't live in Maine you pay more... just because. Overall horrible business. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. They'll take your money and run... so I suggest you do the same and run the other way !

I bought a "like new" building at almost full price. $1300 less than new. This building had electrical (which was installed by the original owner)... yet was still on my bill.
