When I first approached Jetnsave about purchasing discounted international airtickets, I really did not have a great deal of expectation. Well, they proved me wrong! Almost immediately I received a reply from Shanna. She provided me with several trip options and was very knowledgeable. She has been responsive, thorough and very patient. I tried JetNSave's claim to provide lowest cost business class air tickets, and they were easy to deal with and I got the tickets i wanted at a very good price. Much lower than the airlines or local travel agents could offer. The trip worked out well, with no problems whatsoever, and so I highly recommend JetNSave based on my experience.

I sent in an online request sometime ago for a local flight from Texas and I got a response that they deal with international travel... I was pleased with the timely response and when the time came gave them another shot. 2 weeks ago I priced them out for a business trip of mine and they really came through for me. I was floored with the staffs dedication. They are in the tri-state which was hit badly with hurricane Sandy. I got an email that things might take longer, but somehow they pulled through anyway. Jetnsave took it to a new level for me. I had my own personal agent (Sarah) that took care of everything for me. The price was lower then what i have ever paid in the past. I see from their past reviewers that customer service is something they shine in, and boy can i tell you that it's true. Even though they do not usually deal with domestic flights, after i booked my long flight i asked them if they can take care of a small domestic flight for me. "Friendly, Fast & Fair!" At JetnSave, I have been very satisfied with how Shanna has handled my travel arrangements. Shanna has been quick to respond to all my inquiries, as well as offering alternative options for me to choose from. Previously, I have found the agents working for travel companies selling discounted fares in First and Business Class to be very difficult to deal with- unresponsive and not very knowledgeable. And based on what I have experienced in the (travel agency) market place-JetnSave is very competitive in the pricing of their product(airfare).
