The only electronic used car record book also known as a Police used car record book. The Electronic Used Car Record Book also known as a Police Book is the only electronic book on the market today. Not all states require car dealers to keep this type of records. Dealers had to hand write all there info in a paper bound book. Some larger dealers have to buy 6 to 8 books a year. The Electronic record Book is the last book your company needs to purchase. Check with your dealer management company to see if they would send a file with the info needed to fill in the book. We are now working with Frazer Software to send the info to the Electronic book. That will allow companies to automatically fill there book. Any changes to the records in the book are recorded and a new page with revision number is created.
