Superb Customer Service Skills Provided by YPmobile Jared Hall appears to be a very rational, well trained and knowledgeable professional. The company that he wrote our policy thru issued the policy at a higher premium than what Mr Hall quoted and he paid the difference in premium even though it was obviously not his fault. This shows true honesty and integrity in a young professional.

I agree fully with Diana Davis. I called Mr. Hall to verify a companies insurance policy that was doing work inside my home. Jared was unprofessional and VERY rude. Its unfortunate that anyone has to do business with him.

never have I encountered such a rude individual. I hope his staff is better about customer service because that is the only thing that will save this company and keep the family business going for other generations.
