From the start office staff was arrogant and dismissive. They claimed they didn't receive my referral, insinuated I was lying...until of course they found it. Mind you that through all of this I was in severe pain and I even offered to pay cash. This was just the first encounter - and things did not improve from there. I went back and read more reviews, where it seems Dr. Alex and his office actually have several complaints regarding patient treatment. Very disappointed as I was hoping for first class service and care.
