Doug was very thorough in the home inspection that he performed for our house, and I knew that when he said he was FHA approved that he knew what he was talking about. The house we purchased ended up having so many issues we couldn't afford to do the repairs out of pocket, so Doug told us about the 203K Rehab Loan Program. We were able to get the house back to a safe beautiful condition with this program, and me and the wife couldn't have been more pleased. The fee's are higher with the 203K program, but since some of the work was already done by having the home inspection, Doug just adjusted his fees.
