Personalized Lesson Plans is known for literacy coaching. We work individually with teachers in a one-on-one setting mentoring them in literacy instruction and strategies. In conjunction with coaching, Personalized Lesson Plans conducts professional development workshops and facilitates the curriculum implementation and revision process. Providing these services simultaneously, allows us to properly support teachers and students in the classroom environment, yielding desired results in a timely manner. We work closely and communicate with administrators on a consistent basis. Because of our high success rate with improving teacher and student performance, Personalized Lesson Plans is expanding their work to the field of private tutoring.
