Tim built us a house with a walkout basement, fireplace, deck, and lots of upgrades inside the house. He also did the concrete, dirt, and yard work to go with the house. ​ It started with us looking for a house. We did not think that we could afford to have a house built. Tim and Denise made us understand that we could get the house that we wanted built brand new in the price range we were looking for. First Denise helped us find a lot, not forcing theirs upon us. Then we spent hours pouring over the details of the home. Tim started building in December, winter time, and was finished in March. The weather did not deter him. They were helpful, friendly, and went beyond what is expected of a realtor and a builder to help us get exactly what we wanted. The finished product is more beautiful than we expected.
