Do not use this business the owner Johnny Nicholas will not return calls and now has changed his phone number. Cloud 9 billiards destroyed our beautiful 9 foot Vitalie pool table. Very shady people stay away from them.

Bought a pool table from John he was excellent at helping me through every step from picking out the right table for my needs as well as scheduling a time for delivery that worked best for me the work performed was top notch I would recommend him time and time again

had my table refelted on 2-17-13 as of 4-12-12 the felt has separated from the slate and is unplayable...tried numerous times to contact John with no sucess...no call backs...I have talked to others in his field and he has had several different company names over the last few years....likely due to dissatisfied customers like myself....all you had to do was return my call and help me out...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....spend the extra money and have it done right...with someone else!

I had cloud 9 billiards installers at my home yesterday and the experience couldn't have been better!! They fit us into their very demanding holiday schedule and got the pool table delivered for my sons birthday. They were efficient and very professional and in the end they both have my son 20 dollars for his birthday!! I would suggest their services to everyone I know Great experience. Thanks guys!!! Beware: waited 2 weeks for appointment to move pool table. No show twice! No calls to cancel or reschedule. I even called to confirm the night before and owner John Nicolas assured me they would be there the following day at 5pm but they never showed. I called, texted and messaged times but no one ever bothered to reply. Very unprofessional! Bad business ethics.
