My husband and I hired TVL Sprinkler system repair in April of this year to install an irrigation system to both our front and back yard. Not only does the system not work at all, Charles, the owner and sole operator destroyed over fifteen hundred dollars of our mature plants and by digging through the root system of a tree, he destroyed the tree. We are now unable to receive compensation for the damage. Charles told me he was licensed in the state of California and and had proper insurance as required by the law in California. Charles refuses to take any responsibility in his actions despite the fact the fact that he is recorded by our security system that shows him tearing through our plants and laying heaving sprinkler hose's through the middle of growing bushes and cracking these bushes in half. In the state of California it is illegal for anyone to put in an irrigation system without a valid license and insurance. Charles refuses to give us any refund despite his one year guarantee.

Very professional and affordable service. They were definitely awesome and extremely helpful when providing insight to reviving my lawn. Super cool guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any sprinkler issues. And they are especially experienced with the community inside Canyon Lake. They actually remembered issues with my property sprinkler setup from past owners (not the cause for the incident today). If you're looking for a sprinkler fix, look no further!
