Xpress Movers & its staff made our life much easier than expected...i was prepared to spend all day moving, as opposed to just 5 hours...remarkable.!!!

My biggest issue was finding a company, that was willing to work with my budget, but also provide quality service. I must say Xpress Movers really Rocks. Just unbelivable service...

Not very reliable. Came two hours late and calls at the last minute for being late. Also brought the wrong sized truck after confirming the size, time, etc. Worst thing the mover was coming from Deleware to Northern Virginia where I lived and wanted to move to Central Virginia. Came late and after loading took 4 hours to drive a distance of 100 miles partly because of the traffic. Had the mover come on time, so much time and my $150 would have not been wasted. The actual mover was told 7.30 the same morning about doing my service and hence there was no way he could make it on time. Also I lost 2 of my boxes (may be forgotten in the truck - overlooked by us) but I called them the next day and none of them returned my call. Not the mover nor Thomas (who was the one who had arranged all this service). It was not very valuable but it was useful to me. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this mover to anyone. Go with some local guys.

The five star reviews are all fake however all the bad ones are all of the same complaint all over the internet ripping people off... This company has an on going case in US Court the owner is an alleged scam artist please be careful...
