I moved to California from New York after retiring from the NYPD some 15 years ago. Living off of a NYPD pension is financially difficult so I visited David Chee, CPA. He conducted a reverse mortgage of my house in California. Now, I am receiving a monthly check as extra income and can afford to travel and enjoy my senior citizen years. I'm a young 72 year old. David Chee , CPA in San Francisco is hardworking and honest. Highly Recommended !
