I have just relocated to San Jose, CA from Union, NJ couple of days ago and for the very first time I had a very smooth, stress free and affordable move. Thanks to the team of Entourage moving systems for managing my moving needs so well. First of all they explained everything clearly before the move gave me the best deal and then performed really well. I did not have to go through any unwanted situations; there was no hidden charge and nothing which could have bothered me. All my valuables were taken care of nicely and the job was done before the allotted time. So, I have every reason to feel great about Entourage moving systems.

They are not actually a legitimate company. They are not licensed to ship residential materials across state lines. I know this because I had to call Arizona Weights and measures on them. 3 of 4 of my movers were arrested on site. I normally don't trust truly low scores on reviews, because every company has bad experiences and customers who overreact. I am not one of those people. This was a fiasco. They went so far out of their way to screw me I cannot express it to you. They charged me for 850 cu ft and then an additional 420 cu ft upon pickup because they said I "went over". They are operating illegally. Do not go with any company who does not come to your house and base their estimate on what is actually in your home. No matter how cheap they are. If you want cheap rent a Penske truck. They kept telling me they would deliver soon and ended up being over a week late. I told them I didn't feel that the amount of cubic feet was correct. Kelly, from Entourage, told me she would go inspect it. She said that her movers were correct that we went over our cubic ft. I went to Arizona Department of Weights and Measures to have them inspect the load on delivery. (this is a free service in your state, so take advantage of it) After the movers were arrested because they were illegals, (i didn't feel great about that part) I had to unload the remainder of the truck. Me and the Weights and Measures guy checked it out and instead of 1200 cubic ft, I had only taken up 550 cubic feet!

Moving from Irvine to Phoenix was a sudden decision. I did not get enough time to find a good moving company. I just called my friend and asked him to hire a good company on my behalf. He booked the move with Entourage Moving Systemand that really worked. The team of 4 arrived on time at the moving day, did the packing with ease, showed great skills during the loading, moving was done within the allotted time, unloading was done with the same crew, they helped us unpacking and setting up the furniture. Apart from a glass everything was safe and unharmed. I am really happy with their awesome service. They deserved every single penny that I paid.

This is a very good company. I have used Entourage Moving System during my move from Phoenix, AZ to San Francisco, CA. They did pretty well and charged a very reasonable amount. Their packing service was awesome and both loading and unloading was spot on. I have been treated like a VIP and my belongings were taken care of very nicely. After using their moving services, it is my duty to write this review, just to thank them for the great moving services.

I had Entourage Moving System move me from my 4 bedroom home and into a condo (much smaller than my home). They showed up on time, were very pleasant and helpful, and didn’t even take one smoke break! The men knew what they were doing and that made me feel very good. They also helped me find a foundation to donate things that I unfortunately could not take to my new place because of lack of space. My estimate was 10% more than I quoted, but that didn't bother me when I saw how quick and hard these men worked really hard! I will recommend Entourage to others and I will use them again when I move in the future!

Just a few days ago I was looking around for a good company to take care of my moving needs. I checked in many sites and found one company that has got one of the best ratings in almost every site I checked!! That company is Entourage moving system. So, I checked their website and filled a form to get a quote for my move. All most immediately I received a call from their manager Kelly. I have to confess that she is a lovely lady always willing to answer my questions. After the initial phone conversation with Kelly and Eric (sales guy), I received an onsite estimate which was quite reasonable. I assigned Entourage to move my 3 bed room house from New Mexico to Nebraska. They packed the entire house very carefully and took just under 4 hours and then moved everything to NB without any unwanted surprises. They crew helped us unpacking the stuffs and also setup the heavy furniture at the new house. It was great to pay them the exact amount mentioned in the estimate. These guys actually left me with no other options but to recommend.

We have recently relocated to Philadelphia, PA from Baltimore, MD using Entourage moving system. These guys were extremely helpful and accommodative. The sales rep Missy offered a very reasonable price, explained the entire move to me, answered all my questions and never pushed me to hire them. Though I changed the moving date twice but they found a way to accommodate the date I wanted to move. Packing, loading and unloading was done to the perfection and the moving time was less than what we were expecting. After receiving all our belongings in great condition, we tipped their movers for the awesome service.

Entourage moving system is the best moving company we've ever used, and we've used many over the last decade. The foreman Terry and his helpers moved everything with complete care and didn't mind taking the planters on the patio. I highly recommend them to all.

We had Eric as our sales rep and the movers were like the energizer bunny! They worked hard & fast but they were very careful with our items. They were very pleasant & never complained about anything. Even ALL the stairs they had to climb! We were very impressed with both of them. Thanks a lot guys for taking care of our furniture and other valuables and for the timely delivery at Maryland from Colorado. I will use this company again & I will recommend to anyone moving.

After a cross-country move we were happy to have the professional, friendly and efficient help of entourage moving system to help with the final stages of getting our things out of storage and into our new house. I would highly recommend this great company.
