Absolutely horrific woman that calls herself the manager! The company I work for rented a scooter for two months that stopped working on Friday. The person that is using it and myself called and left a voicemail before 5:00 on Friday. Then we both called twice and left voicemails on Monday and today. I also sent an email yesterday. Not one response to either of us. Today I go on their website and call a toll free number. This time the entitled, snot-nosed brat answered. I explained our attempts at communication and verified the email address and phone number. She literally called me a lair, then down right refused to give me the owners information. She said she didn't have to fix anything and laughed at me before I finally hung up on her. I will NEVER use this service again because of this woman and have already reported them to the NJ & NY BBB. How dare she speak to someone that way and make a person feel bad about them self, especially after getting $900 plus of our money for a broken scooter.
