Prepaid for whole house service, my elderly mother scheduled it. She went through the whole automated maze to reach a live person who hard sold her into giving her own credit card as well for additional services. Then after waiting 3 weeks they STOOD US UP. Numerous phone calls, messages, and email without response. Now we have to go through our credit card services for relief from this.
