I called S&S very frustrated about not being able to find my next car, the Audi A4 2012 or newer for what my budget was. Seth had calmed me down and assured me that I'm going to be taken care of, which is exactly what happened. He began to explain all of my options as far as features that I must have and my budget. You would think walking or just calling a any dealership they want to sell you something and be done with. This wasn't the case at all here. Seth was very calm and made me laugh to which lighten my mood and the entire experience in general. I didn't feel like I was dealing with any car dealership l, I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me which he he did that plus more. If anyone is looking for a vehicle and don't know what they want but know how much they want to spend. I highly recommend S&S Direct Auto to anyone. Thank you!
