Midwest Comfort saved us!!! When it's 102 degrees out its impossible not to have AC. When ours started to make odd noises and blow warm air I asked a few friends for a recommendation. My friend Alex, who is known for researching and only dealing with the best of the best gave me the number to Midwest Comfort. I was greeted by a friendly and understanding person who made my issue a priority. With in an hour they were at my house fixing and showing me what went wrong. Pricing was up front, honest and they even through in some extras like an AC cleaning. I felt comfortable having them in my home and thus I have signed up for their Maintenance Plan which will save me hundreds each year. Great company, highly recommend!

Midwest did an amazing job and I wanted to share my experience with them. I had called 3 other companies to get our AC unit repaired ... I could not get my calls returned and then I found Midwest in our local directory and called and was able to speak with Mark and he was willing to come out the very next day and fit us in to take a look at our AC unit ... He was not only within the time frame window he promised, but called about 20 minutes prior and came early. "Mr Ski, this is just a note to let you know how appreciative we are of your excellent service regarding our air conditioning system. I am sure that your telephones have been ringing "of the hook" during this extended HOTspell we have been having. You responded professionally and promptly and did a fine job identifying and correcting a problem with part of our AC system and once again we have a cool house! Thanks for your GREAT service.
