This was the first time we had our home pressure washed and I was left speechless. He did damage to the soffit on the front of our home and left without even mentioning it. In the back of our home he used too much pressure and pushed in our siding that needed to be fixed by who sided our house for us and whatever he used to wash, which he said would not leave our windows spotted did just that. It also looked like dried drips on many parts of our home. He said the windows would not need to be re washed. Not true. He had stated when I called and sent pictures of damage that he would refund me my $400 since I was not happy, however, when he left the refund for me at my home, it was only $200 and would not answer anymore text message from me. Don't state you will refund the entire amount and then only refund $200. Just the fact that he damaged my soffit and never even mentioned it. It was the front of my home and I saw it as soon as I pulled in the driveway. I was horrified.
